Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Client Services Executive I to join our team. This role focuses on managing complex client needs, developing strategic plans, and cultivating senior-level relationships across large healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• 7+ years of client-facing experience with large organizations, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and back up senior CSE responsibilities.
• Create and present data for strategic business plans and performance reports.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and communicate to be included in annual plans.
• Conduct client training on portals and tools.
• Assist with escalated client issues and requests.
• Travel to client sites and HQ as needed.
• Provide mentoring to coordinators and CSEs.
• Other duties as assigned.
