Job summary

Gallagher in Greenville, SC is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead client relationships and coordinate service delivery across lines of coverage.

You will drive renewal strategies, secure existing business, and collaborate with internal teams to meet high standards of service and compliance.

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of client service/claims experience, and a Property & Casualty license are preferred to join our collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must have a Property and Casualty License.
• Experience managing client relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process to deliver high quality solutions in a timely manner.
• Secure existing business and drive additional services and coverage.
• Nurture relationships with clients.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
