Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Greenville team. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, collaborate with internal partners, and drive service excellence across renewals and lines of coverage.

You will maintain accurate client and policy data, conduct periodic audits for compliance, and leverage Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality. A Property and Casualty license and 5+ years in client service or claims management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must have a Property and Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal process to deliver high quality and timely solutions.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Nurture relationships with your clients.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher systems.
• Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
