Job summary

Gallagher in Franklin, TN is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager III to oversee day-to-day account management for a portfolio of internal and external clients, driving service quality and client satisfaction. You’ll lead renewal efforts, collaborate with the Production team, and ensure solutions meet client needs in a timely, high-quality manner.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of client service or claims experience (or a high school diploma with 10+ years), plus at least

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
• Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
• Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts.
• Collaborate with the Production team and lead renewal processes to deliver the best possible solutions to clients in a timely manner.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with the buyer and client representatives to strengthen overall client satisfaction and retention.
