Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager III to oversee a portfolio of accounts in a branch setting.

You will drive client retention, satisfaction, and value delivery, coordinating with production to deliver timely, high-quality renewal proposals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in client service or claims management, plus 1+ year supervisory experience. Licensing may be required; insurance knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Licensing as required.
• Preferred: prior insurance knowledge and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of accounts to achieve client retention and satisfaction.
• Oversee renewal processes with Production team to deliver optimal solutions.
• Develop and solidify relationships with clients and buyers inside the organization.
• Drive additional services growth and cross-sell coverage lines.
