Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Branch Client Service Manager II to manage a group of accounts, driving client satisfaction and retention. The role leads renewal discussions and works with Production to deliver top-tier solutions while expanding services for existing clients.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in client service and/or claims management, a valid Producer's license, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License and appropriate licensing as required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, efficient service to internal and external clients across assigned accounts.
• Lead renewal processes in partnership with Production to deliver the best solutions on time.
• Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with buyers and day-to-day client representatives within client organizations.
