Job summary

You will cultivate relationships with client stakeholders and coordinate resources to address risk management needs. Required: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 0+ years in client service and/or claims management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and valid licensing where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience; or high school with 3+ years in the same area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appropriate licensing as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality and efficient service to internal and external clients.
• Lead renewal discussions and coordinate with Producers and Account Executives.
• Build and solidify relationships with clients and buyers within the organization.
• Coordinate resources to address client risk management needs.
