Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client interaction.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and applicable NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and product/service cross-sell.
• Assist in meeting client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Engage in consultative conversations and route complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in Leadership Routines and ongoing training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Deliver a consistent client service experience during transactions and greetings.
