Job summary

You will engage with clients in person and over the phone, aiming to meet service and sales goals while delivering a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit and other product lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Conducts consultative conversations and refers complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attends training and product knowledge meetings to improve sales techniques.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
