Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and regulatory background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service and sales functions for deposits, credit, and other product lines.
• Help meet branch and sales targets by developing, expanding, and retaining client relationships.
• Refer more complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in all components of Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to grow sales and service skills.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management standards.
• Greet clients, conduct transactions, and uncover needs to deliver a consistent service experience.
