Truist is seeking a Retail Banker in Easley, SC to handle client maintenance requests, resolve issues, and promote deposit, credit and other financial products. You will engage customers and help them navigate services while supporting branch sales goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locales.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, and other product/service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by offering products/services with a focus on developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the established Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies and stays informed of policy updates.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience by engaging clients while conducting transactions and greeting customers.
