Job summary

Truist Wealth in Greer, SC seeks a Regular associate to ensure timely client transactions with accurate record keeping and proper money handling. You will deliver superior service, identify client financial needs, and educate customers on digital banking options.

You will support the sales process through outreach, referrals, and collaboration with branch teams while following internal controls and risk guidelines to protect client assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by client outreach and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Leadership routines and training to improve knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
