Truist is looking for a client-focused professional to deliver outstanding service in a retail banking setting in Winston-Salem. This role focuses on developing and expanding client relationships and providing financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals.

You will cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, support branch sales targets, and participate in leadership routines. The ideal candidate shows strong communication, multi-tasking, and compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in client sales and service to build relationships
• Comfort with referencing internal specialists for complex needs
• Ability to navigate multiple tasks while maintaining service quality
• Compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act within 30 days of employment
• Availability for weekends, extended hours, and travel as needed
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office)

Responsabilités

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone to develop and expand client relationships
• Offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed
• Contribute to meeting/exceeding client service and branch sales targets
• Engage in consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
