Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a seasoned relationship manager to serve as the primary contact for large advisor plan clients and their financial advisors. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to retain plans, resolve issues, and promote product features.

Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with decision makers, driving retention, and identifying opportunities to expand services while maintaining data security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in retirement services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years direct client relationships in financial services admin environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for existing big/elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors.
• Provide consultative advice and support to ensure execution of coordinated strategies.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate clients on products and services.
• Lead data reviews, communications, escalations, and solutions to enhance client experience.
