Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 15+ years of retirement industry experience with 7-10 years in client relationship management.
• Certification or working towards ASPPA, CEBS, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level decision makers and day-to-day plan administrators to understand and improve plan operation.
• Coordinate across business lines (e.g., Non-Qualified, FuturePlan, Government Savings) to meet client expectations.
• Act as liaison between intermediaries/producers and clients to ensure service delivery and contractual compliance.
• Lead or participate in RFP responses, onboarding, and ongoing administration; ensure deliverables meet discussions.
