Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level decision makers and plan administrators to understand needs and improve plan operation.
• Collaborate across business lines to meet client expectations, including various plan types.
• Serve as liaison between intermediaries and clients to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual requirements and onboarding.
• Manage and monitor client accounts, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of service deliverables and driving process improvements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and support client goals.
