Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans for America. This roleworks closely with sales, service and operations to serve as the focal point for big advisor plan clients and their financial advisors.

Responsibilities include relationship management, consultative support, and ensuring successful service experiences and plan retention. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years' experience in retirement services industry or related field preferred.
• 5+ years direct client relationships within a financial services admin environment.
• ASPPA/CEBS certification in progress preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as focal point for existing big and elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors.
• Provide consultative advice to ensure execution of coordinated strategies and plan retention.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to resolve issues and advocate for clients.
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate clients on products and services.
• Review client portfolios to identify retention opportunities and prepare communications for senior-level contacts.
