Ascensus seeks a seasoned relationship manager to serve large advisor plan clients and their financial professionals. You will own client contacts, coordinate with internal teams, and promote plan retention through proactive issue resolution and tailored service strategies.

The role requires strong communication, analytical acumen, and the ability to travel for face-to-face meetings with clients and partners. A background in retirement services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in retirement services or related field preferred.
• 5+ years direct client relationships in financial services.
• ASPPA/CEBS certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the focal point for existing big and elite advisor plan clients.
• Provide consultative advice and coordinate with internal Ascensus departments.
• Develop relationships with C-level decision makers for accounts.
• Cross-sell opportunities and educate financial professionals on products.
