Job summary

Truist Bank in Monroe, LA seeks a client service associate to deliver an outstanding service experience in person and by phone, while developing and expanding client relationships and cross-training for teller duties. You will contribute to branch sales goals by recommending appropriate products and referring complex needs to specialists.

The role requires a High school diploma, 2 years of sales/service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed
• Support branch sales targets by offering products and services
