Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in person and by phone.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets by developing and retaining client relationships.
• Consult with clients and refer complex needs to internal specialists as appropriate.
• Engage in sales routines and participate in training to enhance product knowledge.
• Assist with teller duties and delivery of consumer lending options when needed.
