Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and over the phone.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Advance client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets by offering banking products and services.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Take loan applications and advise on consumer lending options.
