Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales with outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and serve clients effectively.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
