Job summary

Truist is seeking a branch-based professional to deliver exceptional client service both in person and over the phone. You will develop and expand client relationships by offering financial solutions and referring complex needs to specialists.

You will also be cross-trained for teller duties and contribute to branch sales targets through proactive engagement and knowledge sharing in a fast-paced community banking environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and over the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Assist in meeting branch sales targets and referral to specialists.
