Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer service oriented teammate to deliver exemplary service in a branch setting. You will engage with clients, advise on financial solutions, and help grow relationships through consultative discussions and referrals to specialists.

The role may include teller duties at times and requires adherence to policies while supporting sales goals and service standards. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Ability to build client relationships and cross-sell financial products.
• Proficient in basic computer applications including MS Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days with background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service both in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships; refer to partners as needed.
• Handle teller transactions when required and greet clients in-branch.
• Meet or exceed branch sales targets through consultative conversations.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk-management policies.
