Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Service/Relationship Specialist in Monroe, GA to provide in-person and phone client service while expanding relationships. You will offer financial solutions, refer complex needs to specialists, and may assist with teller duties as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years of client sales/service experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and able to pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships and cross-sell financial solutions.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and sales processes.
• Attend trainings and product knowledge sessions to improve service.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with teller duties and greet clients to navigate the branch.
