Job summary

Truist is seeking a Branch Client Associate to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships. You will handle daily teller duties as needed while providing consultative financial guidance and cross-selling opportunities through in-branch interactions.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting with loan applications, and referring complex needs to specialists. A high school diploma and sales experience are required; weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days with NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Help meet service and branch sales targets through relationship building.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists after consultative talks.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Improve sales knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow policies to ensure compliance and risk controls.
• Provide friendly service during transactions and assist clients in-branch.
