Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transaction handling.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
