Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time client service specialist in the United States (Florida). You will build and expand client relationships, provide financial solutions, and cross-train to perform teller duties when needed.

You will engage clients via in-person and phone interactions, aiming to meet branch sales goals while maintaining strong service quality and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel as needed.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Support teller duties and advance sales targets.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engage clients with friendly service during transactions.
