Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller and client service associate in Buford, GA to build strong relationships and provide financial solutions. The role includes cross-training for teller duties and contributing to branch sales goals through consultative conversations with clients.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, lending options, and maintaining compliance with internal controls. Strong communication and Excel-like MS Office skills are required; weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by developing and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by consulting with clients and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Attends sales and product knowledge training meetings and trainings to advance knowledge.
