Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and branch sales targets by developing and retaining relationships.
• Refer more complex client needs to internal specialists during consultative conversations.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attends trainings and product knowledge meetings to advance sales techniques.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures adherence to internal controls and current policies.
• Engages clients during transactions and assists them in navigating the branch.
