Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and on the phone while expanding client relationships.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer more complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training classes and web-based learning to improve skills.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Engage clients with courtesy and help them navigate the branch.
