Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of client sales and service experience or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with clients and prospects.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Able to multi-task under time constraints; occasional travel for staffing needs.
• Weekend and extended hours availability; may include travel and overnights.

• Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships; offer financial solutions and referrals.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed and support branch sales goals.
• Engage clients with courteous conversation while conducting transactions.

• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; stay informed of changes.
