Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with VMS and talent‑solutions technology; CCWP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum client satisfaction and meet or exceed SLA, KPI, financial, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the senior U.S.-based operational leader onsite at the New Jersey location 2–3 days per week.
• Establish consultative relationships with senior client stakeholders and partner on contingent workforce practices, supplier negotiation, and talent availability.
• Translate account strategy into operational plans and identify expansion opportunities in Services Procurement.
• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to CSP and CSM resources, setting performance expectations and development plans.
• Own account financial performance and actions to meet profitability and growth objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and major workforce-solutions implementations.
