Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in the service provider industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s practices and client delivery.
• Drive growth by increasing share of wallet and expanding temps on assignment.
• Ensure KPI targets, sales goals, and profitability are met.
• Develop strategic plans with cross-functional teams and execute on growth initiatives.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular reviews and proactive issue resolution.
