Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and the initial escalation point for client questions. You will align with the client’s business objectives and foster a collaborative partnership.

You will lead the strategic evolution of the client program, oversee daily recruitment and fulfillment, monitor KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success while maintaining strong client relationships and high NPS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service-provider industry.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts and professional associations.
• Price and sell services and manage conversions, temp and perm placements.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
