Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States (Massachusetts region) is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches, shaping regional strategy, growing business, and delivering best-in-class workforce solutions for clients and candidates.

You will empower Managers, drive growth, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to ensure excellent client experiences and high-quality outcomes across the geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Experience managing a large onsite portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth.
• Establish and maintain rapport with key clients at the C-level.
• Ensure SLA targets and client requirements are met.
• Oversee monthly performance and KPI analysis.
