Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and lead the strategic evolution of the client program in collaboration with the client’s team. You will manage recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive continued success across the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service-provider industry.
• Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to build and manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and compliance with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with HR and Operations.
• Lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services including temporary and perm placements.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and collaborate with client teams to drive performance.
