Qualifications

• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco practices.
• Recruit, develop and motivate Managers to drive growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans.
• Establish and maintain rapport with key clients and C-level executives.
• Monitor SLA targets, client requirements, and service quality.
• Audit Onsite/Branch activities and drive operational efficiencies.
