Verisma is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to oversee end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

You will identify client needs, develop business plans, remove obstacles, provide resources, and monitor performance. Strong data analytics and a track record in healthcare-facing projects are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Technology, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare or related field.
• 2+ years experience in management or supervisory roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Release of Information and Health Information Management industries.

Mansioni

• Develop implementation processes including Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage handoff from Sales to Implementation to Operations.
• Review data to determine and communicate timelines.
• Establish timelines for implementations with Sales, Operations, and clients.
• Track and report implementation status.
• Conduct client and implementation surveys for feedback.
• Prepare client-specific Statements of Work to coordinate day-to-day onboarding tasks.
• Lead client calls with weekly updates and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Support and mentor implementation team members.
• Assess workflows through client data and reporting.
• Troubleshoot technical difficulties and provide team support.
• Protect sensitive data and adhere to compliance requirements.
