Job summary

EnableComp is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to guide client onboarding into our high-performance platform. You will oversee timelines, deliverables, and client expectations while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful integration of services.

The role requires a strong foundation in healthcare implementation, experience with data sets, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Travel is minimal, and collaboration is central to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years' experience with implementation and/or technical project management in healthcare.
• Experience with physician office workflow is a plus.
• Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets.
• Experience with project management tools is required.
• Proficiency with project portfolio management tools, ticketing software, and cloud-based sharing.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation of core service offerings and data integration.
• Review project status with clients, track action items, and resolve issues.
• Consult on client requirements and identify solutions.
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams for client implementation.
• Manage timelines, milestones and escalations to meet deadlines.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management.
