Job summary

Quantum Health is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Manager to lead new client implementations from contract to go-live. You’ll coordinate with Sales, BI, IT, Client Engagement and POD to ensure successful launches across a portfolio of clients.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage milestones, and facilitate collaboration across client resources and internal SMEs to deliver timely, high-quality onboarding. This role emphasizes communication, organization, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in project management and account management in healthcare/insurance implementations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to drive resolution of issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, individualized project plans to meet go-live deadlines and lead onboarding workstreams.
• Oversee key deliverables, milestones and deadlines for client onboarding.
• Coordinate with Quantum Health technical/data resources to ensure scalable program builds.
• Build relationships with client resources and SMEs to ensure timely, quality execution.
• Address onboarding issues and escalate as needed to keep projects on track.
• Manage multiple priority projects from the Enterprise PMO as assigned.
