Job summary

EnableComp LLC is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client onboarding and integration into our high-performance service suite. You will plan, execute and coordinate activities for onboarding, manage timelines, deliverables, client expectations, and escalate issues as needed.

The role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in physician office workflows and processes a plus.
• Familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets.
• Experience with project management tools and portfolio management software.
• Technical proficiency with office tools, Apple devices, and cloud-based document sharing.
• Knowledge of extended medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings and data integration.
• Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues.
• Consult and identify solutions for client requirements.
• Coordinate tasks related to the client’s implementation with internal teams.
• Manage change and client expectations effectively.
• Maintain real-time project status through online project management tools.
• Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as required.
