Job summary

Ventra Health is seeking a Project Lead, Client Onboarding to manage end-to-end onboarding of multiple healthcare clients into our coding and billing services. You will gather setup data, lead client and internal meetings for data interface and billing system setups, and coordinate with vendor partners to ensure a smooth transition to post go-live teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of related project management experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Main onboarding contact for clients.
• Lead client meetings to guide onboarding progress.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and communications for on-time delivery.
• Escalate issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate setup of coding, billing, and reporting.
• Collect and validate client data for system configuration.
• Share onboarding status updates with stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
• Support post go-live monitoring and transition.
