CirrusMD is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Manager to lead new client implementation for Quantum Health clients. You will partner with Sales, BI, IT, Account Management and SMEs to drive go-live launches and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will develop robust project plans, manage milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and address onboarding issues with a focus on timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior project management and account management experience required; Healthcare/insurance industry implementation project experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple large projects with prioritization and delegation.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork and resolution facilitation.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with executive presence; able to present data-driven content in-person and virtually.
• Strong administrative/technical skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and telephony.

Responsabilités

• Develop robust project plans to meet go-live deadlines; lead onboarding workstream.
• Oversee, communicate and complete key deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with technical/data resources to ensure programs are built, supported and measured.
• Build relationships with external client resources and SMEs to ensure timely execution.
• Address and escalate onboarding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage multiple priority projects from the EPMO as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
