Crane, a leader in logistics, is hiring a client service associate in Ohio. You will respond to orders, general inquiries, invoice questions and complaints, record recurring issues, and coordinate actions to resolve them for on-time delivery.

The role values problem solving, documentation, conflict resolution and multi-tasking. A high school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of client service experience are preferred; professional certifications may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
