The role requires strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to risk and governance within a large financial institution.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in project management activities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client experience for payments relationships and client satisfaction.
• Build deep client relationships grounded in trust and business objectives.
• Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and address needs.
• Collaborate with product, trading, and coverage teams for seamless solutions.
• Drive organic growth through cross-selling aligned with client needs.
• Advocate for the client and translate feedback into improvements.
