U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned Payments Sales Leader to drive acquisition, expansion and retention of new Payment business including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.

You will engage with existing and prospective clients, offering consultative advice on cash conversion cycles, working capital, and internal processes to improve efficiency. Working with Business Banking Relationship Managers, you will manage client relationships, analyze operating cycles, propose product enhancements,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
Seven to 10 years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments.

Responsibilities

Acquire, expand and retain new Payment business including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.
Consult with clients on cash conversion cycle and working capital.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to service and grow client accounts.
Analyze receivables/payables cycles and recommend process improvements.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals; assist in market strategy and sales objectives.
