Job summary

U.S. Bank, a leading financial services provider, seeks a senior business banker to drive payment services and treasury management solutions for our clients. You will engage with existing and prospective clients, analyze cash flows, and advise on optimizing working capital and processes.

You will also work with Relationship Managers to deepen engagements and deliver excellent service. You will build trusted relationships, leverage resources, and contribute to market strategies and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to ten years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments.
• Strong client service and relationship skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and retain payment business with clients.
• Consult on cash conversion cycle, working capital and processes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to service and grow accounts.
• Analyze receivables/payables cycles and offer efficiencies.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and retention targets.
