Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology sales or account leadership roles, including 5+ leading large, complex global accounts.
• Experience building executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CISO) at large enterprises.
• Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Fluency in enterprise networking, security, data center and cloud; knowledge of AI infrastructure.
• Commercial acumen to structure and negotiate multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreements; forecast accuracy.
• Strong communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive relationship and act as trusted advisor on technology strategy.
• Set and run the account plan with multi-year strategy and pipeline across networking, security, observability, data center and AI infrastructure.
• Lead the account team; coach matrixed resources to operate as one team.
• Drive cost and complexity out through vendor-consolidation and TCO conversations.
• Evaluate emerging technology signals and advise leadership on value delivery.
• Deliver at scale by standing up delivery and Day 2 support models; be executive escalation point.
• Navigate commercial and contract complexity with Legal, Finance and Deal Desk.
• Represent Cisco leadership by coordinating with executives, product teams and partners.
