Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Client Executive in New York, NY to own the executive relationship with a leading global financial services firm. You will define strategy, manage a cross-functional team, and drive multi-year plans across networking, security and AI infrastructure.

You will lead a matrixed team, negotiate multi-year deals, and ensure Cisco shows up as one team across sales, eng, services and partners. Exceptional executive presence is required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise technology sales or account leadership.
• Proven executive-level relationships with CIO/CTO/CISO and senior leaders at large enterprises.
• Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Own the executive relationship with the client’s technology, infrastructure, security and business leaders.
• Set and run the multi-year account plan across networking, security, observability, data center and AI infrastructure.
• Lead a matrixed team of sales, solutions engineering, services, customer experience and partners.
• Drive cost and complexity out through vendor consolidation and TOC conversations.
• Navigate emerging tech choices and decide what delivers value now (e.g., AI infra, zero-trust security, network automation).
• Deliver at scale with Day 2 support models and act as the executive escalation point.
• Manage enterprise agreements, pricing and renewals with Legal, Finance and Deal Desk.
• Represent Cisco leadership and coordinate with product teams and partners.
